我喜歡觀察時(shí)尚市場(chǎng)的變化,并對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化做出分析。我認(rèn)為市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)最主要是針對(duì)人,對(duì)消費(fèi)者的喜好、需求的深入了解,才能作出行之有用的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案。

在《Sandro》的市場(chǎng)報(bào)告中我是從消費(fèi)者需求的角度做調(diào)研其次設(shè)計(jì)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方案。比如,我從各個(gè)社交媒體中統(tǒng)計(jì)Sandro消費(fèi)者的意見(jiàn)。在中國(guó)區(qū)的社交媒體上發(fā)現(xiàn)有大量的消費(fèi)者對(duì)Sandro的售后存在不滿(mǎn),隨后我調(diào)研了Sandro在中國(guó)的售后模式,最后以品牌利益、消費(fèi)者感受、市場(chǎng)模式的角度出發(fā)去調(diào)整售后服務(wù)的方案。更改后的方案拉近了與消費(fèi)者之間的距離。

  《BM Style》是由BM風(fēng)格上升到Brandy Melville 品牌的分析報(bào)告。根據(jù)大量的趨勢(shì)報(bào)告和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷得出BM風(fēng)格流行時(shí)效較短的結(jié)論。BM在夏季受大量的年輕女孩喜歡,但只限于夏季,所以新鮮感沒(méi)有持續(xù)度。原因是產(chǎn)品單一,對(duì)消費(fèi)者的選擇有局限性,并且消費(fèi)者沒(méi)有忠實(shí)度。改項(xiàng)目為了品牌能繼續(xù)保持熱度設(shè)計(jì)了三種引流方案。
