From a very young age I have been good at observing the details of daily life and drawing inspiration from them for my creations. I really like to try and explore different experimental materials, so the use of different materials is also an essential aspect to consider when creating my design projects. In my work “The beauty of the rejected”, I used the flowers that fall on us as inspiration for my jewellery design. In this series, I have experimented with wax casting and combined it with glasswork to create a series of containers for these objects to express my belief that these unassuming beauties are the gifts that life brings to us.

In my work “Expensive manicure”, I was inspired by the fact that I was very upset about the damaged nails when I was making goldwork, and I researched the price of nails nowadays, which made me wonder whether the value of nails has exceeded our imagination. Has manicure become an expensive jewellery? So, I tried to use nail art to create something for more people to discover this. I researched from the network on the current nail style, technology and production methods, try to use the nail to make jewellery to restore some of the big brands of jewellery, through this form, let everyone to pay attention to the value of the nail, and finally completed a series of nail jewellery.
